NOTHING IS ON SALE IN SAKALM YET. No subscription, no item, no in-game currency. These terms are published in advance so that nobody discovers them the day the shop opens, and they will apply from that day.
WHO SELLS

The purchase is concluded in the App Store or in Google Play. They are the ones who take the payment, issue the receipt and handle refund requests, under their own terms and with the payment method registered on your account. At no point do we see your bank details, and we keep none.
We remain responsible for the service itself, for its conformity and for its working.
WHAT IS SOLD
The Premium subscription, in three plans: monthly, quarterly, yearly. The prices shown on screen are the ones that apply, all taxes included.
What the subscription gives: a longer history, deeper statistics and heart analysis, watch syncing, a richer map, a fuller feed, advanced creation of private challenges, and private groups in greater number, one hundred instead of two.
These are conveniences of reading and of organising. None of them touches the game: a private group credits no Goldi, no chest, no Race Number and no experience point, and its ranking does not leave the group.
Decorative items sold individually: themes, photo frames, route styles, banners, looks for the start button, titles and achievements. These items do nothing but be seen.
WHAT IS NEVER SOLD
No euro buys a Goldi. The shop does not sell in-game currency, and it will not sell any.
No euro buys a Race Number, nor an entry to Challenge +, nor a chance at a prize.
No euro buys a chest, nor improves what a chest can give.
No paid item and no paid feature gives a sporting advantage: no kilometre, no experience point, no level, no place in the ranking, no area. The subscription is no exception: it gives you things to see and to organise, never things to win.
No euro improves a chest probability, gives Goldies or Race Numbers, touches the ranking, or reserves the daily goal, the challenge or the activity button.
Access to Challenge + is complete without spending a euro. The challenge rules set this out, and they can be read alongside this text.
PRICES
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, before purchase. They are set by tier in the app store, which can give a different amount from one country to another and from one currency to another.
During a launch offer or a promotion, the price actually paid is the one shown at the moment of purchase, and it is that price that serves as the basis for any later calculation, including the referral commission.
A change of price never applies to a period already paid for. For a running subscription, it takes effect at the next renewal, and the app store informs you and asks for your agreement under the conditions it provides.
HOW THE PURCHASE IS CONCLUDED
You choose the item or the plan, the app shows the price and what the purchase includes, then the app store asks you to confirm and to authenticate. The contract is concluded at that confirmation.
The proof of purchase is the one the app store sends you. We issue no other.
TERM AND RENEWAL
The subscription is concluded for the length of the plan chosen and it RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY for the same length, unless cancelled before the term.
The renewal is taken from the payment method registered in your app store, within the twenty-four hours before the end of the current period.
You can stop the renewal AT ANY TIME, without reason and without charge, from the settings of your App Store or Google Play account. That is the only place where it is done: we have no hand in it. Stopping takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the subscription stays active until then.
In accordance with article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, we inform you by email of the possibility of not renewing your subscription, at the earliest three months and at the latest one month before the term. If that information has not been sent to you within that window, you may end the subscription free of charge at any time from the renewal date, and any sums taken after that date are refunded to you.
The app remains usable free of charge after a subscription ends. Items already obtained stay yours: we take nothing back.
THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
You have in principle FOURTEEN DAYS to withdraw, without reason, from the day of purchase.
BUT THAT PERIOD IS LOST IN ONE PRECISE CASE, AND IT SHOULD BE READ BEFORE BUYING. Article L. 221-28, 13 of the French Consumer Code removes the right to withdraw for the supply of digital content without a physical medium whose performance has begun, where you have expressly consented to it beginning before the end of the period AND acknowledged that you thereby lose your right to withdraw.
A Premium subscription and a decorative item are delivered immediately. At the moment of purchase, the app therefore asks you for those two things expressly and separately. If you give them, delivery is immediate and the right to withdraw is lost. If you do not give them, delivery waits until the end of the fourteen days and the right to withdraw remains whole during that period.
The choice is yours, it is presented before payment, and it is never ticked in advance.
To exercise your withdrawal where it is open, write to hello@sakalm.com before the end of the period, or go through your app store’s form. The refund is made within fourteen days of receiving your request, by the same payment method.
REFUNDS
Outside withdrawal, refund requests are made to the app store that took the payment, under its own rules. We have no hand on those sums.
A refund obtained after the fact cancels what the purchase brought, and it also cancels the referral commission that flowed from it. The referral rules set this out.
LEGAL GUARANTEES
You have the benefit of the legal guarantee of conformity under articles L. 224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code, which applies to digital content and services. We must supply you with a service that conforms to what is announced, and answer for any lack of conformity that appears.
For a service supplied continuously, such as a subscription, that guarantee covers THE WHOLE TERM of the contract.
We must also supply you with the UPDATES needed to maintain conformity over that same term.
These guarantees are owed independently of any commercial guarantee. They can be neither reduced nor set aside by this text.
You also have the benefit of the guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
IF THE SERVICE CHANGES OR STOPS
We may develop the app, remove a feature or add one. If a change significantly degrades what you paid for, we tell you in advance and you may cancel free of charge and obtain a refund of the unused part.
Should the service stop for good, running subscriptions would be refunded pro rata for the remaining period.
IF WE CLOSE AN ACCOUNT
An account closed for repeated cheating or for forbidden content loses access to the service. In that case the unused part of a running subscription is still refunded: a penalty in the game is not a financial penalty.
YOUR DATA
Data connected to a purchase is handled according to the privacy policy, readable alongside this text. Accounting records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, even after the account is deleted.
IN CASE OF DISAGREEMENT
Write to us first at hello@sakalm.com. We reply within fifteen days and we look for an amicable solution.
If the answer does not suit you, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, in accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code. No sales are open in the app as of today. The mediator we come under will be designated and named here, with its postal address and website, before the first sale.
Referring the matter to the mediator is free and does not prevent you from going to court. It assumes you have written to us first.
GOVERNING LAW
French law.
If you live in the European Union, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may go either to the courts of that country or to those of the publisher’s seat. No clause of this text can deprive you of that choice.
This is a translation, provided for convenience. Sakalm is published in France and its obligations are written in French. Where the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
