If you find a flaw that exposes data or lets someone get around a rule of the game, write to securite@sakalm.com. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us reasonable time before making it public. No legal action will be taken against anyone reporting in good faith, provided they have not degraded the service or looked at other people’s data beyond what was needed to show the problem.

PLACE DATA

The list of towns offered at sign-up, outside France, and their positions come from GeoNames (geonames.org), under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. French municipalities come from INSEE’s official geographic code, and their boundaries from IGN’s Admin Express, through geo.api.gouv.fr, under the Licence Ouverte. This data is also used, on our server, to name the town an activity starts from.

OWNERSHIP

The name Sakalm, the slogan “OWN YOUR PACE, OWN YOUR PEACE”, the artwork and the code of the app belong to the publisher. Any reuse without permission is forbidden.
